Mary Jones is the executive of a growing real estate firm. Jones plans to occupy the unit for ten years and will leave it "as is" when moving out. 

 

The interior design team will design a 2,400 SF office suite on the fifth floor of a new 12 story Art Deco-inspired building in South Beach, Florida. The unit has 12' high ceilings, 5-9' high windows with 2' window sills along the East wall, with an expanding view of the South Beach strip. This design will meet the needs of the client, team members, and others occupying the space. 

 

The design will be barrier-free, address multi-use spaces, accommodate acoustics, computer systems, security, and consider maintenance with the selection of materials within the interior.
